• Venue Pricing is ALL INCLUSIVE of the amenities in the venue, there are NO hidden fees, taxes, gratuity, added to venue rental costs
• All rental days include 14 hours of access time from 9am-11pm
• Daily rental cost does not include beverage packages

THE SPEAKEASY
"THE SPEAKEASY"
The Lincoln Event Space has an incredible lower level known as The Speakeasy! While this is included in wedding rentals, and is a fantastic place to hold a wedding cocktail hour or after-party, we also rent The Speakeasy as a stand-alone space at a discounted rate if you do not need access to the upstairs ballroom or lounges!

BAR PACKAGES
• Alcohol can only be served at The Lincoln Event Space via our bar packages
• We will determine how many bartenders are needed based on your guest count
• Bar packages include: cups, sodas, tonic water, club soda, fruit juices and garnishes
• Local Sales Tax & Gratuity will be added to the total beverage package
